Our Bostons love these treats.
I quarter them, mix them in with other pre-cut treats and use them for training sessions; so they only eat a little bit at a time.
These do have dried garlic but remember that the dose makes the poison and it is quite far down on the list as far as potency goes.
I have not been able to find any studies or data listing adverse effects in dogs who have eaten infrequent and small amounts of garlic.
Our girls are 22 lb and have no issues according to their veterinarian at our routine check-ups.
