Our Story

Anne has spent her entire career working with consumer brands across many categories, however her passion is the pet category. She worked for fortune 500 companies as well as start ups, including Secant, a business she sold to IRI in 2006.

Anne currently has two rescue pups at home, a Great Dane named Derby and a lab / border collie mix named Tuco. You can describe Anne as a retired marathon runner, new pilates junky and a film lover.

Bill grew up on a Virginia cattle ranch, and built a grass-fed steak business which he sold in 2016. Bill has a long history and passion for sustainability.

You can describe Bill as an urban farmer, world traveler and new dad.

Jim brings 25-plus years of pet industry experience to the team including Pepsi Cola, Colgate Palmolive, Nestle Purina, Plato, Zukes, Dogswell and Pet Food Experts. Jim has a passion for sustainability and reducing carbon pawprints!

Eric Carlson has been with Jiminy’s from the very beginning. If you own or work in a pet specialty store, you’ve likely talked to Eric!

Eric is officially our Vice President, Independent Pet Specialty Channel. He’s been instrumental in opening up new markets and educating store owners about the benefits of cricket protein. He is also photographer, video editor and trade show construction crew. Basically a man with many hats!

Rebecca was born to work in the pet industry! Her dad's a professional dog trainer - the pet industry raised her.

While Rebecca grew up surrounded by pups, there is one who never leaves her side, Noodle Rice. Believe it or not, that was unintentional. Who knew dogs had last names? Not Rebecca.

Justin has spent the better part of a decade working with pets, specifically in the health and natural wellness space as a Sales Manager with Holistic Hound. He loves to work closely with pet retailers, helping their establishments be able to provide healthy products to their customers' furry friends.

During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his 10 year old rescue, Samson! Whom thanks to natural remedies has overcome so much to be the amazing family dog he is today. 

Makenzie loves working in operations and helping to get Jiminy's amazing products to furry friends around the country!

You will almost always find her cat napping in her office. Makenzie gets outdoors to hike, kayak, and swim whenever she can. She is an avid cook and gardener, excited to find new ways to cook and live sustainably.

Ian is a veterinarian, animal behaviorist, and dog trainer who received his veterinary degree and a Special Honors degree in Physiology & Biochemistry from the Royal Veterinary College (London University) plus a doctorate in animal behavior from the Psychology Department at UC Berkeley.

One of Ian’s claim to fame is that he’s consulted on a variety of movies—full length features, documentaries and animation (including Pixar’s UP , ”Squirrel!”).
