We’re pleased to announce a few enhancements to the Jiminy’s array of products. While we love the look and feel of our brand, we've noted a few changes that we’ve been wanting to make. Since you’re family, we’d like to share the developments and the reasons why we made the changes!
THE RECIPE
We’ve simplified our formulas and made them better, but with the same great nutritional specifications.
- Coconut oil instead of canola oil in our cricket-based training treats (the palatability is still fantastic - if you’ve been calling these treats “cricket crack,” the term still applies).
- New source of DHA in the food. Micro algae replaces fish oil! DHA is included for brain health, and the new plant-based source achieves the same brain benefit.
- Slight change in the kibble shape along with an increase in moisture content. Each piece of kibble is more pliable and less brittle. This means less dust in the bottom of the bag - and more food for your pup!
THE BAGS
Take a look at the new look! All the awesome benefits of insect protein are clearer and easier to read front and back. But - as they say - that’s not all!
- The front quickly conveys what’s in the bag – Chewy Treat, Crunchy Treat, or a Dental Chew.
- The front also calls out benefits – Calorie count! Gut friendly! Sustainable! These are important messages so we're elevating them.
- We’ve increased the amount of space devoted to the color identifier. Bottom line? We’re even easier to find.
- Improved durability. We’ve added Velcro-style zippers to our food bags so each bag is simple to open and close. Keeps food fresher!
